Vapepal’s guarantee obligations are limited to the Terms set out below:

Vapepal as defined below guarantees Vapepal e-liquid products for a period of 30 days from the date of shipment (“Guarantee Period”).

This guarantee applies only to Vapepal e-liquid products purchased from Vapepal at www.vapepal.co.uk. This guarantee does not apply to Vapepal e-liquid products provided free or your free bottle as part of the ‘Buy 1 get 1 Free’ offer.

If you are not completely happy for any reason with any Vapepal e-liquid product. Return the product to Vapepal within the guarantee period and Vapepal will refund the purchase price of that product

Contact Vapepal at support@vapepal.co.uk and please provide the following details: a clear expression of your intent to return your product, your name, unique web order number and contact phone number.
Please return your product to: Vapepal, The Old Brewery Business Centre, Castle Eden, Durham, TS27 4SU.

You are responsible for returning your product and for the cost of shipping/delivery. Vapepal does not accept responsibility for product lost in transit to Vapepal.

Vapepal will refund your account using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, please allow 5-10 days for the refund to reach your account.

Vapepal will not provide a refund if the product to be returned is not received within the guarantee period.
