How to Order

To purchase products on the Vapepal website you must be 18 years or over.

To place an order for products with Vapepal, you can visit our website at www.vapepal.co.uk, and then simply add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping basket (subject to availability), check out (using your chosen payment method) with your account, and have your items shipped to you or to a person designated by you.

Alternatively, you can call Vapepal on 0191 7391771 and a Vapepal Specialist will assist you through the entire order process, from product selection to payment method.

When you place your order, you must have the authority to enter into a contract.

By placing an order, you authorise us to immediately charge your payment card for the purchase price and we are entitled to rely on your placing of an order as an instruction to us to take your payment.

Within a few minutes after we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation with a unique web order number to inform you we have received and are processing your order (as with the web order number, the order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order; we are simply confirming that we have received your order).

Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping, we will send you an email confirming that we have accepted, completed and shipped your order, which will include the order details. Once we have sent you the order acceptance confirmation email Vapepal will have formed a contract with you.

Once your order has been processed for shipping or has been shipped, we will be unable to change your order.

You can use your account to keep track of previous orders and speed up the re-ordering process by keeping your information on file. Manage your account any time by clicking Your Account at the top right of the page (you must log in first if you haven’t already).
